Order Approval & Customer Responsibility
Verden Supply produces made-to-order custom apparel.

All products are created based on customer-submitted or configured designs

Customers are responsible for reviewing all mockups, previews, and configurations before approval

Production begins only after explicit approval or checkout confirmation
Once an order is approved and enters production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Verden Supply is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including:

Spelling mistakes

Color selections

Sizing choices
Product Customization & Preview Accuracy
Our platform may include a live product customization tool.
By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

Shipping, Delivery & Risk Transfer
